Fix audio starting up too loud initially on wired inputs
- Resolves an issue where RCA, optical, and USB inputs would start up at full volume initially when the Juke is rebooted
Fix RCA and Output audio glitches
- Resolves an issue where RCA and Optical inputs would distort for some users after continuous playback
- Resolves an issue where Optical inputs would randomly drop out for a few seconds at a fime
