Improve Spotify Connect connection speed

• Resolves an issue where spotify connect users would experience long delays when connecting to a zone or group on spotify connect

Fix audio starting up too loud on initially wired inputs

• Resolves an issue where RCA, optical, and USB inputs would start up at full volume initially when the Juke is rebooted

Allow controlling optical out volume on Juke+

• Enables adjusting the volume of the optical audio output on the Juke+

Fix RCA and Optical outputs not being mutable

• Resolves and issue where the RCA and Optical outputs on the Juke+ could be turned to low volume but are never actually be muted
• Now, muting the optical and RCA zone from within the app and lowering the volume slider to 0 will stop any output

Minor Changes

Optical output sampling rate changed to 48kHz PCM

• Changes from the current 44.1kHz PCM output to 48kHz PCM output to be more in line with what's more commonly used
