Fix bug that causes some units to crash when updating to 4.2

• Units that were at one point downgraded to 3.2.3 will fail on update to a 4.2 firmware
• This release fixes this issue

Fix bug that causes units on Wi-Fi to not recover after initial disconnect

• Units that update to 4.2.3 will now retry if they lose their initial Wi-Fi connection
