If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. If you return your purchase, you will be responsible for shipping charges, and we will issue your refund promptly upon our receipt of your return.
However, we do encourage all customers experiencing any potential issues to contact us prior to return, as we know home audio setups sometimes pose their now unique intricacies and we here at Juke pride ourselves on high quality customer support to ensure every Juke purchased meets customer expectations.
Juke Audio offers a 1 year warranty on all of our products sold from the date of shipment. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not guarantee that Juke products will at all times operate without interruption or will be error-free, or that all errors may be corrected. Exclusions to the Juke Warranty include but are not limited to:
Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse or misuse;
Use that is not in accordance with Jukes’ product instructions;
Products with missing or altered serial numbers;
Products which have had their housings opened or are otherwise tampered with; or
Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts, or components.
